The EXTRACT Plus filter bag is our standard and most popular filter bag.
This cylinder-shaped bag is designed with thicker 5cm polypropylene straps that reenforce the stitching & fabric seams (NOTE: 2.5cm for CUP-5). We've designed this bag for many ethanol extraction sessions in centrifuge extractors; so you can process lots of biomass without needing to worry about quick rips due to cheap construction. The EXTRACT Plus model is especially important when ordering bags larger than 18” in diameter.
Our durable EXTRACT Plus Filter Bag is our Dura-Polyester variant. This design features a different, more durable polyester felt material (est. ~300 μm) which maximizes for both durability and efficiency. Our customers find the larger-than-standard micron rating to be well worth the additional durability + ease of loading due to bag rigidity. All our bags are polyester with polypropylene straps. Micron ratings are subject to small manufacturing margins of error.
Filter bags with 73-75 micron ratings are comparable with the Delta Separations Centrifuge Utility Platform (CUP) OEM bags.

Please allow 3-4 weeks to ensure there are no complications (usually actual time is ~2.5wks).
All bag sales are final. However, we are happy to send you a free sample prior to purchasing. Just let us know!

Pick a size that fits your centrifuge extraction machine. If the bag is too big, it will keep spinning after the centrifuge stops and won't last as long. If the bag is too small, the weight of the biomass will put undue pressure on the bag during the spin cycle.
Our standard sizes are:
- 19” d x 15” h (CUP-30)
- 13” d x 13” h (CUP-15)
- 6.5” d x 10.5” h
- 25” d x 19” h
Please note that the CUP30 and CUP15 sizes are designed to fit Delta Separations centrifuges as an improvement on their OEM bags.

Very good quality bags, we have had no issues with any rips or tears. That is not the story with many other manufacturers that we have tried recently.
Great quality. Good communication. Very slow on the delivery timeline though. Six weeks seems a bit long for something they should have on shelf ready to ship. I felt they were pre ordering, and then producing after the fact.
