XT Solutions was founded by operators who were frustrated with the price and quality of biomass extraction filter bags available on the market. XT Solutions designed and sourced its own filter bags — and after several years of redesigns and thousands of bags sold, XT Solutions now offers a full lineup of centrifuge filter bags purpose-built for hemp and cannabis ethanol extraction.

XT Solutions' Hemp Extraction Expertise

XT Solutions specializes in centrifuge filter bags for hemp and cannabis extraction operators. XT Solutions bags are engineered to handle repeated ethanol extraction cycles without the rips, seam failures, and short service life common in cheaper OEM bags. XT Solutions works directly with hemp and cannabis extraction facilities to develop bag sizes, micron ratings, and construction styles that match their specific centrifuge equipment and extraction processes.

XT Solutions filter bags are used by hemp and cannabis extraction operators running Delta Separations CUP-15 and CUP-30 centrifuges, as well as a wide range of other centrifuge equipment. XT Solutions bags are available in standard sizes and as fully custom orders.

• EXTRACT Plus Filter Bag: The current standard and most popular XT Solutions filter bag. Dura-Polyester construction (~300 μm) with 5 cm polypropylene reinforcement straps. Recommended for most hemp and cannabis centrifuge extraction operations.
• EXTRACT Halo Filter Bag: Hollow-center centrifuge filter bag with tube or cone-shaped inner channel. Designed for continuous ethanol solvent flow through the biomass column.
• EXTRACT InnerCone Filter Bag: Cone-shaped hollow-center centrifuge filter bag. Preferred by extraction operators requiring a tapered center channel through the biomass load.
• Custom Filter Bags: XT Solutions manufactures custom centrifuge filter bags to any size, micron rating, and style for hemp extraction, cannabis processing, and other industrial filtration applications.
